Does pmu services hurt? Most of our clients report little or no pain. Often they say it's a 3 on a scale of 1 to 10, at most. Some clients have literally slept through the appointment! We leave a topical anesthetic on the eyebrow area for 20 minutes before we begin the process, so this leaves most clients totally numb during the procedure.Microblading is intended to be a painless experience, certainly less painful than traditional tattooing on account of the numbing cream. Let the numbing cream take effect, and relax!The number 1 numbing cream for microblading includes the ingredients benzocaine, lidocaine, and tetracaine. Your technician will typically numb your eyebrows before the procedure begins and again after the procedure has started. most people report only feeling minor pressure or discomfort and less pain than a typical tattoo due to the use of a numbing cream. Of course, this will depend on your own personal tolerance to pain. Some level of pain or discomfort should be expected.

Is microblading the same as tattooing? microblading often fade over time. For many, they fade over 1 to 3 years. With microblading, there is physically less ink deposited under the skin. Microblading does not use traditional tattoo ink, our pigment colors we use retain their hue but the color gets lighter over time.

How should I prepare for my appointment? Come to your appointment with how you normally wear your brows. That helps give our specialist a good starting point of what your used to.4 weeks before your appointment: DO NOT get the following treatment: Botox or other fillers Chemical Peels Laser treatments 7 days before your appointment: DO NOT be exposed to heavy sunlight, especially sunburn. Your skin should not be in the process of healing before procedure DO NOT pluck, wax, thread or receive any hair removal services. This can also trigger the skin healing process and should be avoided! DO NOT use Retinol / Retin-A or other anti aging/ acne creams DO NOT apply any serum containing acid 48 hours prior to your appointment: DO NOT take Aspirin, Niacin, Vitamin E and/or Ibuprofen, omega-3, unless medically necessary (Tylenol or Acetaminophen is okay!) For any Lip treatment, you must STOP USING Valtrex For any Lip treatment, keep lips moisturize at all times prior to appointment 24 hours prior to your appointment: DO NOT drink alcohol 24 hours before the procedure. DO NOT drink coffee or anything with caffeine before the procedure.

What's the process from start to finish for eyebrows? Please expect service time of 2 hours, 45mins of the service is the actual pmu procedure: 1. Consultation 2. Start of Numbing 3. Brow Mapping 4. Finalize eyebrow shape with guest 5. Perform Service 6. Reveal brows & give aftercare instructions 7. Complete checkout and set appointment for touchup
